Worst Service Ever!!!

<p>I went to Mr turbo to buy an induction kit for my car but when I get there I could not be assisted because I needed measurements,I had to get them myself because there were no technicians on site which was a on weekday, Tuesday 25/04/17. I went back on Wednesday 26/04/2017 and purchased 4 items which amounted to R550.</p> <p>Went I got to my friends place whom helped me fit the induction kit, we had realised that we no longer needed 3 parts.Thursday 27/04/17 was a public holiday.Friday 28/04/17 I returned to work from leave and could not leave early to return the 3 items. Saturday 29/04/17 I went to return the items and I was told if I return my items I have to pay back 20% because I brought the 3 items a day late,my proof of payment was taken from me,I was told to wright down my banking details on a page from a notebook.i left with nothing.i have called in many times.nobody has returned my calls nor has anyone refunded my money. It is now Tuesday 06/06/17 and still no feedback. This is by far the worst experience of my life. THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF IS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING. </p>
