Turbo Guarentee? Mr Turbo

Good day,

Early August I bought a Turbo TD05 formy Subaru Impreza 2l 2004 model. After having the turbo fitted and driving for 2 weeks I experienced some problems with this unit on my vehicle.

I then decided to remove the turbo and take it back to Mr Turbo ****arney Cape town where I spoke to a Damir Krenek to have it replaced as I was confident the turbo was still under warranthee.

After explaining to him what happened I was directed to contact a Ivan in their Johannesburg branch from which i have not received any responds or feedback indicating they are working on my query since the 14th of September.

Today on the 18th of September I managed to get hold of a Alex in Johannesburg but after a constant back and forward via whatsapp I have not received any indication that they will assist me in replacing this turbo what so ever.

I am a 63 year old with no intention of racing or misusing my vehicle as I use my vehicle on a daily base and traveling to work when needed.

I am extremely unhappy on how this situation has been dealt with and handled this far thus posting my complaint on hello peter with the hopes that someone might provide me with feedback on a way forward or a contact person in order to have this resolved.
