Pathetic Service

Worst customer service ever. I was there on Tuesday 22/02/2022 regarding a faulty fuel pump. My vehicle did not want to run with the pump and it gets excessively hot. I was then told by Ivan that its not the pump and that its my pressure regulator. Although I did not agree I left there and got a new pressure regulator. Low and behold after fitting it still the same story. Got a pressure tester and check it. On video you can see once vehicle increases rpm pressure drops. So today 24/02/2022 I go back to show them the outcome. They still had stories that it could be the voltage to my pump etc. They refused to replace me with a pump and says they first need to book it in and have it checked. So I asked Alex whom I spoke to today so how long is this going to take, his reply about 3 days. I said then I am going to buy a new one will you refund me if this pump is faulty as I need my vehicle. His reply very arrogant was "No, but you can do that if you want to". This will be the last time you see my business any do remeber I will not recommend your business to any one.
