MR TURBO BOKSBURG

i bought a turbo shaft from Mr turbo boksburg, not my firs time. as a dealer we recon turbos engines ext. from the start there where no power as it was. we drove it and no response. took a look at it again to find something is not right and we took it out and took it back to Mr turbo boksburg. they called the manager Alex to assist, he assisted but was not very friendly, help full and irritable. chucking the pan there and just saying its the oil its was dry and shavings. offers my mechanic the same part at a much lessor price. i then phoned him and he said the same as before, i told him that the engine was just reckoned and i cant grasp it. ALEX SAID maybe i should get better staff, he not just insulted me but my staff as well, is this what we can except from MR TURBO BOKSBURG. ALEX showed no emotion and encourage me to do what i need to do. NO WORRY'S he said.
