Mr Turbo bad after service

I bought a Mr Turbo ECU from their Cape Town branch in December and had it fitted by a service provider they recommended. After fitting they battled to start the car, they could load maps but it would not save onto the ECU and the Laptop would freeze and they had to reboot it. They evensually put one of their own MR Turbo ECU's onto the car and it started immediately. I was then told the new ECU is faulty and had to send it back, so I took it back to the Cape Town branch where I was told I need to send it on my own cost to Johannesburg head office. After an argument with them I eventually sent it to JHB and was told by them I blew the Timing chip and had to pay R350.00 to have it fixed, I eventually paid and had it couriered back to CT all at my own cost. How could the installer have blown the ECU if their own ECU worked 100%, they let me drive my car with their ECU until mine was fixed which on their part was exceptional service but for Mr Turbo itself I thought was **************** and very bad service and won't advise anybody to buy products from them. The repairs eventually cost me R600.00 which I thought is very unfair and that Mr Turbo should have carried the cost under warranty or something. I'll advise people to stay away from Mr Turbo!!!!!!!!!!!
