Disappointed in Mr. Turbo

I called in and spoke to a guy called Tommy from Mr. Turbo JHB

He said that i must whatsap him as he has a client calling in(So are other clients more important then me as im also a client)

I whatsapped him and i got no assistance, he just lked me backwards and forward then he ignored my messgers, i called another company(Not Mr. Turbo) and got my turbo service quote with in 30min from another company and booked it in for the service.

Mr. Turbo just lost a cash customer due to a internal person who doesnt know how to do business and is clowning around on the job instead of making the comany money and providing a good service.
