Used Cars

This company has adverts in the Citizen buying old cars etc, I phoned and they offered me R9,000.00 for an old Opel Monza. The day after they collected the car I phoned to ask when I would receive payment and if they could email the proof to me. This man went on a tirade screaming at me telling me I am in to much of a hurry etc, then he switched the phone off. 2 Days later I received and email from him saying he has cancelled the deal for "Non Compliance of the Agreed Terms and Conditions and non disclosure of the defects" He then proceeded to tell me I owe R2,650.00 for the towing fee and R300.00 per day for storage. This is a ****. Be very careful when dealing with this company. They advertise under the name Cars, Cars, Cars.
