*********** and lies

The lightning took out my cctv cameras about THREE months ago. I filed a claim with NEDBANK, my bond holder who sent out another *********** 'service' provider - DYTECH SOLUTIONS. They installed two new cameras and left. I filed a complaint with NEDBANK and they sent 'MR TECHNOLOGY' to assess. Their quote was approved. Imagine my frustration and anger when I got a call from them saying it must be the CABLES since the cameras and power source is ok! Duhh! New cameras, power source ok what else can it possibly be?!! Two weeks later and they are on site again. Got a call that everything is working they just need to tweak and adjust the cameras a bit. Big lie, HUGE lie! the camera is not even connected, the power box is disconnected and all my stuff moved around, I took pics of this mess.<br> NEVER ever trust MR TECHNOLOGY, DYTECH SOLUTIONS OR NEDBANK.<br>
