Worst Aftersales service ever

I bought a pair of Vans @ R849 at the St george mall branch (Cape Town) ,close to the end of December and it broke so I did what any other customer would do and take it back to the shop I bought it at, the day I bought it the sales ladies service was exceptional.Today I went to MR Tekkie I was referred to the Store Manager and he wasn’t helpfull at all ,the title of manager doesn’t even fit his description (it’s not the type of service you expect to get from a manager at all) He told me to leave it there and there’s no other way he can help me ,he will have to ask the big bosses , and he didn’t even offer to take my details even once , so I left with the same broken shoe which is today about a month old ,I never expected a refund or gift card I just wanted the same shoe because I love the shoe and never will I make the same mistake again to buy anything from that store ,Im just utterly shocked of the quality of service I received from the so called manager.
