Very rude manager and the teller

Staff is so rude and cheeky, their return/exchange policy states that if goods are in good condition, you have a receipt and are within the 10days purchase, you can get your money back but the manager(Rosey) says it's not the case, that I should read the policy(mind you, its running on the screen behind the tills). When the floor worker tries to help, it's said she's knew and doesn't know the policy. Appalling service
