SECURITY TAG STILL ON SHOE

I received my order last Thursday ( 21/12/2013) and the box was extremely damaged. This was purchased as a Christmas gift for someone , the box is not even in a condition that I could give the gift. That’s not the worst part , the shoe still has the security tag on it and I don’t have the remover. I’ve tried calling the stores , head office and emailed. Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated.
