Rude Supervisor

My brother in-law went to change the two tekkies he bought for my nephews at the Mr Tekkie in Bloemfontein as the tekkies were a size too big. The back of the one tekkie was a little dirty which was the same condition my brother in-law bought it in from Mr Tekkie. They refused to exchange it for a smaller size. The supervisor Nthabeleng was very rude and lost her patience with us. I wanted to buy aswell as the specials were great and that's why I went along but after the rude service I decided not to and I will not go back there again. Nthabeleng's behaviour was not professional at all, and she humiliated us Infront of another customer as she asked if the customer would purchase the tekkie while the other sales rep laughed behind her, yet they sold it to my brother in-law in that condition. Stink behaviour, will definitely not recommend Mr Tekkie Bloemfontein
