NO RETURN OPTION

I bought a pair of Adidas shoes today but I would like to return the shoes because it was not what I was expecting. The quality was very poor even though it looks like the originals. I went on the website but the online returns form was not available. I tried contacting them but that was not available either. It's my first time purchasing from here.
