Mr.Tekkie Cradlestone False Return Policy

I purchased a pair of takkies from Mr. TEKKIE CRADLESTONE and specifically asked if I could return it for a refund I was told yes I could even the screen at the back of the counter on the screen it shows you can return or exchange within 10 days, but however upon me returning the product they refused to refund me and said they only give vouchers. This was not explained to me whne purchasing the product hence I also asked to make sure hut was assured I could get a refund. Now they refusing and its only been 4 days since I purchased the product.
