I want another pair or give me back my money.

I bought two tekkies (Under Armour)at Mr Tekkie George (Town) on 21 February 2020 (yesterday). They were on promotion for two tekkies for R1200, l took a size 7 for my Mom and a size 5 for myself. They opened the box and took the tag thingy on the left sidon both shoes and never opened the other side. I didnt see the need to fit the shoe because l knew exactly what my size is. Although at first they **** and said l had fitted the shoe until the guy who was helping me came to my rescue. He even admitted that he never opened the other side of the shoe. The other lady said they USUALLY open the shoes and check both sides on which my case they didnt. When l got home the shoe had a stain on the right side which they never checked, so l decided to return it on the same day because l didnt want any issues and they said l couldn't return it because the stain wasn't there. We went back and forth about the stain until l said can they check the cameras, and all to find out they are not cameras at the store. The stain is on both sides and it doesn't smell nor have a greasy feeling if the stain was done by me. They pretended to call the head office and they said they said that l cant return the shoe because of the stain l was confused because they (headoffice) haven't seen the stain. I requested that the manager (Andiswa) should call again she said they dont have time cause they are about to close by the way l had never seen a helpless manager in my life. They gave me a number to call and l had told them l am a student so l dont have airtime. They had a nasty attitude towards me at the end of the day l left the shoes there because l was never taking it home with that unremovable stain.
