Horribly terrible customer service

They should give us the option not to give them any stars at all. Their customer service is the worst i've ever encountered with any retail outlet. I bought a pair of sneakers for my daughter, she didn't like them, I returned the shoes the following day at Festival mall. They made me sign a form and said the Head office will refund. 3 weeks later I'm being bounced between the head office and festival mall like a ball. Noone wants to tell me who's going to refund me. When I call head office they tell me to call the store, the store in turn tells me to call head office, it's been 3 weeks now. Horribly, terrible customer service. they deserve ZERO stars
