Stains still all over my bed after being cleaned by Mr Steam!!!

I am disappointed with mr steam. I always use their company and never have I been this angry. I didn’t want to write this review until I saw their price list on their website this morning. Something I should have done before calling them. This company came to clean a king size bed and left it soaking wet. This made the house stink for a good week. I wish there could be a folder to download pictures to show you how it looks. They even charged me double the amount stated on their price list. A king size bed is R300 but I was charged R620 for absolutely NOTHING. All they know is soaking your bed with water. If they knew they cannot do what I wanted, they should have just said it from scratch and not waste my time and money. I will never call them again. Small business even run way better than this. I’m so irritated with them.
