Extremely disappointed customer.

I was recommended to use Mr Steam by a family member. I asked them to clean 2 couches that were both 2 seaters. After the team had finished the couches did not look any better then they did before and 1 of the arm rests were damaged beyond repair. I sent the business before and after photos but they insisted it was not their team who did this. I am not one to complain or lie but am extremely disappointed in the work this business has done.
