Owners bad attitude

What an absolute joke! Although their prices are cheaper than the rest it comes with absolute bad service, no management from the owners side and extreme extreme bad time management. If you do decide to use them just prepare yourself to either move over two days (previous review) or to start 2 hours later that what they promised. They have absolute NO idea how stressful a move can be. Robin and his team made our move a billion times more stressful. His answers also for every problem is: "I do apologize." As if that just makes it all better. He is probably so use to always say he apologize
