You should be ashamed of your service

I have ordered goods from them and they have not delivered as yet. the delivery was supposed to be on the 28th, I tried contacting them and got no reply, tried getting them on the chat still no reply even if it shows that there are people online. If I could give a negative review I would, I cancelled my second order today as I was going to order more goods but business cannot be done like this its shameful. I am going to open a case of ***** if they do not reply to me soon.
