Order 43663 placed and pay for on 6 December 2020, to this date (03 February 2021 almost 3 months later), no product, no refund, no communication (they do not respond to e-mails, unavailable on phone). Have now lodge a complaint with Consumer Good & Services Ombud and will also report them to Consumer Protection
