Worst Shopping experience of my life

I Ordered a Dishwasher from what seemed to be a legit business on 27 November 2020 (Order #42180). Delivery date was confirmed as 9 December 2020. Two days after delivery was supposed to happen I could not reach any support member but noticed that my order was changed to "awaiting refund" I eventually around the the 23rd of December got an answer in the call center. They had ample excuses that I didn't care to hear and asked them to deliver asap. They consequently gave me a new date.... 4 times this happened!!!!!!! the last delivery was for 15 February 2021 and today is the 26th of Feb 2021. Still no delivery still no feedback still no refund! I've been trying for 10 days to get some answers! and this after fighting with them for almost three months!!! Spoke to a Kaleb in Call center - not helpful at all! Assured me he would get back to me still no response! No response from email no response from call center no response on the site "LIVE CHAT"
