Worst shopping experience of my life

Paid for an item and it’s now 2 weeks post the date it was meant to be delivered. Haven’t received my package. Called but line rarely gets picked up and when it did was given several commitments that were not honored. Cancelled the order and it’s now a week of me calling them everyday only to be told money has been refunded but still to get a refund. Wouldn’t advise anyone to use this site.
