Worst service, no communication, ignored calls and messages. Don't buy from them!

I cancelled the first order because they took too long to deliver, they apologized, I decided to give them another chance. It's 19:00, my order was supposed to be delivered today, status still shows processing. I've called, emailed, sent chats, none were answered even though their site shows 24/7 line for communication.

Craig was assigned on chat, didn't respond for 20 minutes then went offline without even acknowledging my message.

Save yourself the stress, go buy whatever item you need from a shop! I don't even know how they are in business when they don't know the first thing about service!

I wish I'd saved myself the trouble and gone to Makro!
