WORST. SERVICE. EVER. - STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Placed an order on the 3rd of December. Was suppose to be a Christmas present. Delivery date was set for 17 December.

I've emailed them to check on my order on the 15th and I'm still waiting for a reply. I've tried to chat to them on 6 different occasions so far, waiting up to 2 hours and still getting now reply.

I've called them multiple times on 5 different days, including on a weekend. After you sit in the queue waiting, you just get an answer machine to speak to.

After threatening to post a bad review on the 17th of December on chat, someone called me and said my order will be dispatched in the next 2 to 4 days and I will get it before Christmas.

Today is the 5th of January... still waiting... Tried chatting again now... still no response... Tried calling again... still get the answering machine...

In a country with shockingly bad service this takes the cake!!

DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
