Worst service and ********** transactions

I placed an order and paid for it on 13 November 2020. The website gives you the option to select delivery date. My delivery was scheduled for 23 November 2020. To date I have received no communication from Mr Shopper. I have not received my order. I have tried phoning repeatedly and I get placed in a queue. Once I reach the front the call goes to voicemail. This is a ********** transaction and I intend to hand this over to my attorneys.
