worst service and ********** company

do not order from this online store. I placed and paid for an online order on the 02/12/2020. top date i have not received any delivery. after numerous emails, online chats with them, the promised delivery on the 23/01/2021 and failed. i requested a refund in writing on the 18/01 and again on the 31/01. they promised refund in 5-10 working days. NO REFUND RECEIVED. They dont answer calls.
