Worst online store : Mr Shopper

Mr Shopper ihas the worst online services. I bought the lawn mower in December and has not been delivered 2 Months later. I asked for a refund 2 weeks later nothing has been processed. Efforts to contact them on the phone and email have been fruitless and frustrating as noone respond.
