WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE. DONT USE ME SHOPPER.
I am still waiting for my mixers. I ordered in the 29th of October. It’s almost a month and I still haven’t received anything. You don’t answer calls or emails....I don’t recommend anyone to use Mr Shopper

We usually recommend our customers to connect to our chat system on our website for immediate response. We do not ignore calls when our customers are trying to communicate with us. Our customer care tried to contact you but they could not reach you. Your order was collected by the courier guy and will track and trace to find the reason why it hasn't been delivered yet. I have also informed our support team to be in touch with you when you are available.

Customer will only write reviews when an order has not been fulfilled. **** is a normal term to be used by customers when they are not happy. We do make mistakes and we will always try to make customers happy. We have send an email requesting your banking details for a refund and we apologise for inconvenience caused.
