WORST ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM

This company is an absolute mess. They sould noy even be open to trade with the public.The original delivery date for my parcel was 7 October. It did not arrive on said date. I called various times to find out why it is late, and they said we should just be patient, it would arrive. After numerous calls they agreed to have it delivered on 14 October. Still no delivery. After that they said it would be delivered on 15 October, and once again, no delivery. I called and spoke to Brenon once again, and he guaranteed that it would be delivered on 15 October between 17:00 and 18:00. Once again, no delivery as the courier company said that they traffic is too bad. They then said it would be done on 17 October at 10:00... I am currently waiting, but not getting my hopes up.

This is absolutely pathetic. Never even consider these people, they should not be operating.
