Worst Online shopping company - Mr Shopper

Just a ******* online shopping company. Brought and paid for a product on 24 Nov 2020 for delivery by 05 Dec. By 06 Dec - still no delivery. I followed up and then my product was dispatched via a courier. Product never arrived and no feedback given on why, even after many phone calls. Requested a full refund and was told it would be done on 06 Jan 2021.....Im still waiting for the refund.

If you get through on the phone lines you are told they will call you back. Im still waiting....

Phone calls keep getting cut. Emails dont get answered.

I have given them enough time to sort this matter out. Dont trust them.
