Worst online Shopping!!!!

Worst place to shop,..I order and payed for an Item I will need in a few days a week ago.Received a call from A consultant called Patients who had no telephonic ethics at all stating that my order was out for delivery and I will receive it that day as it was my delivery day.She also said that she will send a Tracking number after our call via email and never did.. I AM STILL WAITING..still waiting for a tracking number and my item to be delivered..there’s no communication whatsoever from this company..when you try to call there’s no answer or it simply doesn’t go through..WhatsApp and chats are also not being responded too!
