WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered an item and it took too long to be delivered, so I decided to cancel my order n get a refund but that seems to be taking too long to be processed. Mr Shopper could you please refund order #43372. I tried calling but as soon as I am the first caller in line it goes to Voicemail, I've sent emails and used your chat thingie but no responses. I am at a loss of what to do, I just want my money back. #43372
