Worst On Line Shopping Platform

I ordered a Hisense Dishwasher Machine on the 6th of December 2020 from Mr Shopper, I was first promised my delivery for the 19th of December and then they changed the delivery dates to the 21 December but still failed to deliver and I was promised by Eddie the Supervisor that my delivery will be delivered by the 28 of December but still nothing to date. I called their call centre numerous times and I either be transferred to someone who doesn’t answer or Archie the call centre agent will cut off your calls. This company is totally useless and don’t know customer service at all... they will not update you or call you or even bother to respond to your emails. It’s best to stick to Take A Lot than this junk ****ty so called service provider Mr Shopper. They don’t want to refund you back immediately even though you paid them immediately for their ****ty service where they sell you items that are not even in stock
