WORST EXPERIENCE EVERNNNNNNNNB

I ordered a Bosch washing machine from them on the 22nd of January, and their delivery date was for the 30th of January, delivery date changed twice no delivery. Lots of emails and chats later, they said no stock and would refund, still waiting. I am going to be contacting the "Ombudsman" and "Carte Blanche" to get this company taken to task for giving online companies a bad name , as well as *****ing clients money, They need to be charged for theft and the company liquidated.
