Worst ever online shopping!!!!!!!

This was my worst online shopping experience ever!!! Placed an order and paid 14 Dec. Send numerous emails to these people and no reply. They do not answer their phones ever!!!!! Reached a guy called Archie eventually 12 January, this is my 2nd attempt for a refund. This is not even the worst service ever, it is NON existing!!!!!!! They owe me R6259. I am desperate now, I really need my money back.!!!!!
