Worst customer service

One of the worst experiences ever, if I could give it a negative rating I would: (1) Firstly my order was a week late, couldn't even provide tracking number (2) When it eventually arrived, it was the wrong package (3) Managed to return it, but every time I have to call despite being told that they will call me back (this is happening over a few weeks) (4) Trying to get a refund for the last 3 weeks - each time I call I get told "I will call you back" but then a week later I have to call again (5) Still waiting for refund and I was only asked for banking details now, and only because I keep calling to ask about my refund
