Worst company I have ever done business with.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. My order has missed both of the delivery dates. After tons of emails, Nomsa said that my order has been picked up by the courier and will be delivered within 3-4 days. It's now 3 weeks after the "courier" supposedly picked it up, but I still do not even have a waybill or tracking number. Also no response whatsoever on any emails after that last response and each time I call the helpline I have to hold for a long time and when I am first in line it just rings and says they are not available. I love ordering online, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. I assume I threw away all of my money on this **** of a company. Going to the Ombudsman.
