Worse online shopping store

I'm still disappointed at Mr Shopper. I bought a ps4 for my son on the 6th January 2021. Order no 45773. Paid R4959.10. They still have no delivered. Making empty promises every week.

Last week I requested a refund to ***. I sent emails twice in different days. They don't respond, don't take phone calls. I need my money back please.
