Worce experience with Mr Shopper of my shopping.

Made order on the 29th Nov bicycle for my daughters coming birthday .. Paid every thing was flowing.. After 2 days checking my order on the website 42800..it says order could not be found... Shocking.. No answer to their phone, /emails.. even their what's no reply.. Can someone say something.. Worce experience every..or can get refund please..
