What you can do after shopping at Mr Shopper.
Like many other people, I ordered, never received my items and now unable to get hold of them. I feel for so many people who are still falling for the ****.
My suggestion is that if you had the same experience, that you report them with Afrihost (***) and your payment provider (Payfast in my case) to stop them from taking other peoples money as soon as possible.
Your credit card provider will also initiate a dispute process which will take 30 days...

10 Dec 2020, 09:00The order that was out for delivery, was refunded. No reason given, no e-mail to explain.
My suspicion that the order was never with the courier, is emphasised.
What I did to get a refund was to contact the payment provider, Payfast in my case. Log a dispute with your bank, it will be the easiest.
