What Mr Shopper to give me back the money I payed for delivery because I went to collect the order myself

Mr Shopper changed the delivery date 2 times. I was not happy with that I called them and they told me they are having a problem with Pelican express and asked if I wanted to come and collect the TV at their warehouse they told me they would refund my my delivery fee. I went to collect my TV on the 27th and I am still waiting for them to process my refund for my travel costs. They are not responding to my communication.
