WARNING!!! Mr Shopper is a ********** company. Do not transact with them.

Despite the hundreds of poor reviews, I went against my better judgement and placed an order on 21/01/2021. The delivery date has been postponed 4 times since. The current delivery date on the "track my order" is 20/02/2021. However, I have not received my delivery. I have tried emailing my concerns, but there's no reply. I have tried calling the numbers on the website, but there is never an answer. Its been more than a month now and I am absolutely fed up!!! My kids ask me every day when their pool is arriving. I'm running out of excuses. Its either I get my delivery right now or I want a full refund. Failing this, I will report a case of theft at the local police department and contact the ombudsman for legal action. This is the most pathetic online store that I have ever dealt with. Never again!!!
