WARNING!!! MR SHOPPER AND/OR PELICAN EXPRESS MAY BE A ****!
They may be a ****, together with PELICAN EXPRESS. They don't deliver, despite various explanations. Should this change, I will note it here.

I reported them both to SAPS Cyber Crimes, SAPS Commercial Crimes, NCC, SAFPS, SABRIC, PayFast, SACPA and FNB, and CC'd them both.
Mr Shopper then rep**** to all that I cancelled (but I didn't) and was refunded.
They requested PayFast to refund me for reason of "out of stock", but they still advertise the product as "in stock".
Their addresses appear to be ****, as per Google Maps.
PayFast confirmed I will be refunded.
The NCC rep**** and requested all relevant info and docs to investigate.
Hopefully their site will be taken down soonest.
Avoid MRSHOPPER.CO.ZA!
