Want my money back.

The service that I got was really bad. Ordered a Shick razor kit on the 08th December and was promised i will get my order by the 19th of Dec, its now the 15th of Jan and I still didn't get my order. When I call they don't pick up anymore, not responding to my messages and emails anymore. All I want is my money back since they are failing to deliver. I'm really unhappy.
