Waiting period of +_3 months

HORRIBLE, POOR, NON-EXISTING customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNINFORMED, UNRELIABLE, DECEPTIVE, DEVIOUS with zero 0 conscience staff. So, the previous two sentences sums up pretty well the experience myself and 2 friends had and which you are bound to receive in a silver platter. You will run out of airtime and send endless emails, text and WhatsApp messages and waste your time and fuel going to the Pretoria branch (which is a ghost office) to receive no help. So expect to get your parcel after 3 months if you are lucky and refund that's if you are a cop maybe after threatening them (well we are still waiting for our refund). If saving is more important than your peace then go ahead and from these guys. If you care jerk about customer service and truth then run away from placing an order with them. If you are given a delivery date add 3 weeks or months to it
