Very Poor Service

Very Poor Service!!! Placed an order for Airfryer gift for my Daughter, on the 7th December 2020. Delivery was promised 21st Dec, we requested date to be moved to 31st Dec as my daughter would not be home. Goods were not delivered and we tried to track or find out from customer care (All Avenues) what had happened to our order. then they eventually apologised and promised delivery 14th Jan, we asked for 16th Jan as no one at home.. at 1.00pm today 16th Jan 2021....still no delivery.. and no response to phone or chat or e-mail.. We will never buy from them again.Should our goods not be delivered within the next 7 days I will be taking the matter to the consumer council.
