Very poor Customer Service

This is my 2nd review. The first one i did of Mr Shopper was the 26th of December 2020. My order was placed the 15the of December 2020, delivery date given was the 24th of December 2020. Today the 15th of January 2021 i received my order. Still can't get hold of anyone at mr shopper. And they hardly reply to any emails. I've made probably a hundred phone calls to all the numbers they have listed on their website. The 28th of December i got through to the number ***. The guy asked me if I want refund or new delivery date for the 4th of January 2021. I said if they will deliver still I will wait till the 4th. Delivery never came and could not get hold of anyone again. Sent quite a few emails to request my refund, with no answers. A 20 day late Christmas gift for my children. At least my order arrived.
