Very bad service from Mr Shopper - not recomended.

I purchased a lawnmower online on the 3rd December and the system first indicated that the delivery date would be the 16th December which I found odd as it is a public holiday. on the 17th December I tried to follow up regarding my purchase as I did not receive the lawnmower on the 16th and saw that the delivery date was changed to the 17th December , I tried to phone where your call goes to a answering queue and then you get put through to a extension that does not work after holding on for a few minutes. I sent multiple emails but have not received any feedback. today is the 27th December and still nothing thus the ****py review.
