Very Bad Service

Very Bad Experience I recently bought 3 x Hoover Vacuum Cleaners from Mr. Shopper ( Order no: 38883) Beside the fact that i waited 5 weeks after payment for the delivery, I now struggle to get an Invoice out of them. After complaining a week ago on "Hellopeter" i still did not received any feedback from them. I have phoned them***) but only an answering service. I left messages but don't get any response back. I have send them emails every day, but no reply from them. My recommendation to potential customers is: STAY AWAY from Mr. Shopper ( ***)
